Wiley Nelson is a licensed Massage Therapist and Bodyworker, as well as a certified Yoga Teacher and Personal Trainer. He is a native Floridian and proud of the fact that his great-great-grandmother lived in Tampa before Tampa existed. Wiley has degrees in biology and anthropology and loves to explore the rivers, canals and bays of Southwest Florida on his Standup Paddleboard. His nature tours are informative and enjoyable. He will entertain you with facts and funny stories about every plant and living being you encounter.
When he is not out on the water teaching paddleboarding, he helps people heal their aches and pains. After over 20 years in the martial arts and at least that many injuries and concussions, Wiley found holistic and non-invasive ways of managing his own pain and is happy to share his discoveries and strategies with anybody who is seeking alternative ways of dealing with pain. He has been able to help many people return to a productive and enjoyable life – even when doctors and other specialists had given up. Whether your pain and your symptoms stem from an old injury, a traumatic brain injury (TBI), from fibromyalgia, depression, an accident, or surgery, Wiley will most likely find a way to reduce or even eliminate your pain. He is certified in neuromuscular therapy and trigger point therapy, as well as in EEG Neurofeedback.
Exercise plays an important role in Wiley’s life and he enjoys assisting people with physical limitations or injuries to achieve the highest possible level of physical fitness.
